No citations issued\; no driver's license or vehicle registration required. This event is organized in collaboration with the County of Santa Barbara Fire Department and Emergency Management Services\, Car Seat Concierge\, County of San Luis Obispo\, Car Seat 101\, and Safe Kids Santa Barbara Count.
