DESCRIPTION:Cottage Rehabilitation Hospital's Therapeutic Recreation Services presents a monthly virtual meeting featuring adapted sports\, recreation\, wellness and inspiring life stories. Kristina M. Wong\, MS\, OTR/L\, CAPS\, SHSS\, will share how to create a functional and beautiful space to age gracefully at home. Participants will learn how to modify existing residences in order to live safely and comfortably at home. Discussions will include creating various livable spaces\, including exterior pathways\, bathrooms\, bedrooms\, showers and kitchen areas. Kristina Wong is a nationally registered and state-licensed occupational therapist with work experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient therapies.
