Housing Santa Barbara Day is an annual free public event for community members to connect with over 30 local affordable hosing agencies, non-profits, and supportive service providers. WORKSHOPS! Come and attend informative housing workshops on Affordable Home Ownership, Affordable Application Assistance, Down Payment Assistance, Career Planning, Accessory Dwelling Units, and Financial Literacy. RESOURCES! Take a trolley tour of Santa Barbara’s affordable and workforce housing to learn more about affordable housing in our community. Pick up the updated Affordable Housing Resource Guide for information about current available assistance to guide you in your search for housing. FUN! Enjoy activities for kids and families, free face painting, and delicious food from a local food truck.
