IT Desktop Support Position – Full Time (In Person)
Description of Duties: Provide local and remote end user support for a variety of desktop and laptop hardware and software platforms. Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade all desktop and peripheral equipment. Respond to phone calls and emails to assist users’ problems with application and hardware issues.
