Administrative Assistant (full-time)

The Administrative Assistant manages ongoing client engagements, ensures timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, and maintains strong client relationships. This role involves overseeing the schedule for the executive, conducting regular check-ins, and addressing any inquiries from clients or staff.
The Administrative Assistant will also coordinate with the Recurring Team Lead to set up client meetings and contact clients to request information needed for work completion.
