Ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service to the downtown patrons entering and exiting our City's parking lots. Answer customer questions in a professional and friendly manner. Receive tickets from customers exiting the parking lots. Determine applicable fees, collect fees, and make change in an accurate and timely manner. Deposit daily revenue by correctly counting money and filling out forms in a legible manner. Responsible for observing parking equipment and ensuring equipment is functioning correctly and making minor adjustments when necessary.
