Surf Instructor

Santa Barbara Surf School is hiring surf instructors. We need someone responsible, organized, energetic and that has a love of surfing. Must be very energetic and attentive when giving lessons. Must have a clean driving record. Must be someone that has a minimum of 5 years of surfing experience. The right candidate must have the following for the role of surf instructor: - 3 days a week available with weekend availability - Clean driving record: parking tickets are ok. - Upbeat and happy personality - Be organized - 5 years surfing experience - meaning you've surfed for at least 5 years, not necessarily teaching. - Flexible - Great people skills (WE ARE VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED) - Must be active - Always on time Pay: $18/hr plus tips. Payscale can move up with time.
