About Us
Flow is a boutique Yoga Studio and Wellness center that offers daily group classes including Yoga, Mat Pilates, Breathwork & Pre-Natal Yoga.
We have a treatment room where we offer Massage (Including Pre-Natal), Facials and Energy Work. We have an Infrared Sauna Room, offer wellness inspired workshops, Private wellness Parties including for Bachelorette or birthday Parties and Team Building, employee wellness & appreciation events as well as a local and imported retail store.
