About Us
CAC programs help over 10,000 low income children, youth, seniors and families throughout Santa Barbara County each year. We provide early care and education for children 0 - 5 years old; job training, education, and mentoring for at-risk and out-of-school youth; nutritious daily meals for seniors and children; and energy services for low-income households. Our programs help low-income families transcend poverty and achieve economic stability.
