Executive Assistant II
The Executive Assistant /Office Coordinator will provide seamless execution of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This position involves team management and employee engagement, extensive calendar coordination, meeting preparation, data entry and reporting, payment processing, recordkeeping, and management of special projects as needed. You will primarily support the Market Vice President by providing seamless execution of tasks, including team management and assistance with correspondence and internal communications, extensive calendar coordination, meeting preparation, data entry and reporting, payment processing, recordkeeping, and management of special projects, as needed. The role includes office coordinator type duties managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff and management. Responsibilities also encompass overseeing office communications, handling scheduling, managing supplies, and organizing events. Additionally, you will act as a liaison with vendors and service providers, support HR functions, and assist with IT and facilities management. The ideal candidate is proactive, friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.
