Non Profit/ Service Organization
The HBACC is a non-profit California 501(c)(6) trade association representing Home Builders and contractors, and all related industry professionals working on housing in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. We work with local jurisdictions and the CA Building Industry Association (CBIA) and the National Association of Home Builder (NAHB) to keep fees reasonable, enact housing policies that promote housing for all - especially workforce housing, and support personal property rights.
