Marketing Account Manager - Lifestyle and Wellness Brands
This is a full-time, hybrid work position. Our office is based in Santa Barbara so you must be within commuting distance for 1-5 times per month. We will be based in the Pacific Time Zone, so availability during PST business hours is preferred. The salary range of $65,000 - $83,000 is the base compensation depending on your experience and qualifications. Benefits can be included if needed. As a Marketing Account Manager at Viminal Media, you will develop and implement comprehensive management strategies for our diverse portfolio of wellness, lifestyle, and outdoor brand clients. We are looking for someone who can create engaging content calendars, manage community engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to drive meaningful results that align with our clients' business objectives. This will involve social media management, optimizing client communication channels and fulfilling delivery of content to specific clients. Develop data-driven social media strategies tailored to each client's unique brand identity, target audience, and business goals. Create and manage content calendars that align with marketing objectives, seasonal trends, and product launches. Produce and curate engaging content including photos, videos, graphics, and copy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Implement effective hashtag strategies to increase content discoverability for outdoor and lifestyle brands. Track and analyze key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. We must be able to collaborate with our creative team to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels. Stay current with platform algorithm changes, emerging social media trends, and best practices in the outdoor and wellness industries. Manage client relationships and provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations.
